MAKE A FITNESS PROGRAM AT HOME
Making a fitness program at home is not really an easy task but not a really difficult for that you can buy a fitness magazine or follow a fitness guru on YouTube.

A warm-up could be an easy stroll outdoor or on a treadmill, or a relaxed pace on a stationary bike. Walk or pedal faster for the cardiovascular workout, you can do step aerobics by following a YouTube fitness guru or skip the rope – do whatever that makes your heart pace faster.
Abdominal crunches, push-ups and squats can be a part of resistance (strength building exercises) or you can use small dumb bells, band or tubes or even a weight bar for a workout.
For flexibility you can do floor stretches or yoga poses again you can follow any grossing yougi on YouTube. The cool down activity can be as similar to as your warm up activity like an easy walk outside of your house, an easy jog (do not jog fast). Along with your aerobic work keep doing your strength work too, or divide them up. Just make sure that you warm yourself up before every exercise and cool yourself down after every exercise.

Whatever motivates you to workout stay tunes with it and keep the motto and spirits high. There are obviously a lot of advantages of working out at home rather than at health club or gym. But there are hindrances, too: Your phone can distracts you, your friends can, kids can, food can, guests and other household chores. As it is, You know it’s your home and you can easily get distracted by things and you know what distracts you so stay away from all the things that has a potential to distract you. Another good way to stay motivated and avoid the distractions is to start working out in early morning.
